Description

In prison my Nonno Michele was greatly abused by a prison guard who made him perform the most unpleasant of jobs. On one of his visits, his brother as asked to bring him a loaf of bread (relatives ere allowed to bring prisoners food) with the proviso that a sharpened razorer was hidden inside. His brother as scared and concerned but nevertheless ceded to his brother's request......My depiction from taped stories told to me by my grandmother.
